Dr. Vastola found seven areas effecting your body that need attention in order to restore vibrant health. 

1. Nutrition - using your blood work he analyses deficiencies, and tracks progress as you rebuild and repair the damaged parts using only the finest nutraceuticals and recommending diets designed to address your specific issues .

2. Structure - This determines your function, poor posture strains joints prematurely wearing them, creates pain and spasm in muscles and ligaments, and wastes energy that could be used for healing.

3. Emotions - They say 85% of all illness begins here, whether you hold it in suppressing what is bothering you, or explode and create tension and chaos for everyone around you. Feelings buried alive never die, they just make you sick. Each emotion attacks a different organ or part of your body. 4. Detoxification - I never encourage a person to begin this stage until they have addressed the first three. You need to have enough energy available to first detoxify accumulated toxins in your body, and then to eliminate them. We all agree that we now live in the most polluted environment in history, complicated by food additives, cleaners, pesticides, and drugs. Having a plan for regular detoxification is essential to restoring excellent health.

5. Electromagnetic - Electric pollution from cell phones, computers, I-pads, Wifi, smart meters, routers, cell towers and more interfere with the electric signals from our brain to our bodies. Some people are more sensitive than others, however we are all being effected causing sleep disturbances, disease, and emotional problems.

6. Hormonal - Your body is in crisis when this system is out of balance, and it is happening at a younger age all the time. More people are on Thyroid medication than at any time in our country's history. Your adrenals are exhausted from the chronic stress you are under creating that wired but tired feeling. This leads to increased fear and anxiety, insomnia, sexual dysfunction, depression and then to autoimmune diseases. If this sounds like you expect at least 2 -3 years before homeostasis returns.

7. Spiritual - Often ignored in our modern medical system until the last moments of our lives. This powerful component give us hope, faith and determination to continue on when everyone says it is impossible. ​Just Stop Smoking Cold Laser Programs


Quitting smoking is one of the hardest things to do; however, it is one of the most beneficial steps you can take to better your health. The “Just Stop!” smoking cessation program is another integrated approach Dr. Vastola uses.  The “Just Stop!” program utilizes Low Level Light Therapy and Herbal Supplementation to help reduce stress, cravings and irritability.  Our program goes a step further by also helping to remove harmful toxins known to build in the blood, tissue and cells through habitual use of tobacco products.  This can help you stop smoking not only short term but avoid longer term side effects related to smoking.
We start by stimulating specific acupuncture points on the body that are associated with cravings.  The use of light triggers an endorphine and serotonin release that effectively and naturally calms the body, reducing stress and the irritability many patients experience during the first 72 hours of being smoke-free.  The herbal supplement continues to help diminish and manage stress and cravings while also pushing the toxins that trigger the cravings out of body.

  • 15 years after quitting, your risk of coronary heart disease and lung cancer is back to that of someone who has never smoked

  • 3  Visits over a one week period – Typically Monday, Wednesday and Friday

On April 6, I will be 8 YRS SMOKE FREE!!! I can’t thank you enough. I had no withdrawal symptoms or cravings that I’ve experienced with other treatments. I wanted to write and thank you for the smoking cessation treatment you gave me in mid August.  Here it is mid November and I am still happily smoke free.  I am amazed that after only 3 days of sessions with your system, and I can be so comfortable without smoking now. 
 
Of course I was a little testy for the first two or three weeks but that has subsided and now I feel much better. 
 
I even go to the establishments here in SC where smoking  is still allowed and do not get the urge to light up.
